Bow Pose

Bow Tips:
  • Grip a couple of inches below the toes, and don't flex the ankles.  Point the toes to the sky.
  • Don't let the knees go wider than the shoulders.  If necessary, keep the knees together before you start kicking.
  • Look up to the sky and drop the head back.
  • Please keep kicking!
  • Keep the arms relaxed, but don't lose the grip.
