Locust Pose

Locust Tips:
  • Keep your hips level and into the forearms.
  • Make sure the palms of the hands face the floor.
  • Try to get your arms straight and underneath the body, in between the hip points.
  • Face looks straight ahead for the single legs portions, and face looks down to the floor for both legs portion.
  • Point the toes and keep the feet together from the beginning.
  • Roll a little down and forward through the shoulders, and really engage your core to get more lift.
  • During the posture, try to imagine you are touching your fingertips to the wall behind you to get more length in the arms.
