Standing Separate Leg Head to Knee Tips:
  • Take a 36 inch step.
  • Keep the heels in one line.
  • When twisting the hips to the right, bring your left hip a little down as well as forward. (Reverse for the other side.)
  • Bring your chin to the chest before you start bending forward.
  • Put the forehead to the knee and not the shin.
  • Keep your arms straight.
  • You are rounding the spine (not flattening it).
  • Put a little more weight into your front leg than your back leg.
